Mother's Bistro Meatloaf

Last night, I made some Mother's Bistro Meatloaf, from her marvelous cookbook. I didn't grow up with Meatloaf, so for me, this was a pretty new treat. Needless to say, the husband looooved it :) I will post the recipe here soon, along with the menu for the month :)
